These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CorePolicyApp managed package and related services ("Service"), provided by CorePolicyApp ("we," "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CorePolicyApp is a Salesforce managed package that provides data retention and deletion governance functionality within a customer's own Salesforce Core environment. CorePolicyApp does not host, store, or process customer data outside of the customer's Salesforce org.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Salesforce org and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service, including rule configuration and disposal actions initiated within your org.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any retention schedule, rule, or policy configured using the Service, and for ensuring that disposal actions comply with applicable law and your organization's own policies. CorePolicyApp provides tooling to execute configured rules; it does not provide legal advice on retention obligations.

CorePolicyApp and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, documentation, and associated intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to CorePolicyApp's trademarks or branding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COREPOLICYAPP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT DISPOSAL ACTIONS EXECUTED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL SATISFY ANY PARTICULAR LEGAL, REGULATORY, OR CONTRACTUAL RETENTION OBLIGATION.
