CorePolicyApp operates as a managed package installed inside a customer's own Salesforce org. In the ordinary course of providing the Service, CorePolicyApp does not access, store, or process the personal data contained in a customer's Salesforce records. That data remains within the customer's own Salesforce environment at all times, governed by the customer's own privacy practices and their agreement with Salesforce.
